But it doesn’t mean that you can consume as much salt as you want, especially if you are taking it in processed foods. And I suggest that you should take 1500mg of salt daily, not more than that, and instead of consuming white salt, try to consume black salt. It retains less water, and is more beneficial than white salt. So your assumption that is sodium is wrong for weight loss is a myth.
