Mint Milk Bath Recipe
Milk Bath Add-Ons
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • ¼ cup corn-starch
  • ¼ cup baking soda
  • 10 drops essential oil


  • In a mixing basin, combine the dry ingredients.
  • Add your favourite essential oil, keeping in mind that it will be diluted in the bathtub.
  • Stir everything together thoroughly.

  • Leave it for 20 minutes before wash it off with warm water.
  • 1 potato, peeled and chopped into very little pieces
  • Rub the potato pieces on the regions you wish to lighten,          allowing the liquid to spread throughout the skin.
  • Allow it to sit for 20 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water.
  • You can shred a potato, squeeze off the juice, and apply it to the afflicted region using a cotton pad to alternate to the previous process.
Rice flour + Milk
Cumin (jeera) seeds
  • Make a fine powder out of half a cup of uncooked rice by grinding it.
  • To make a paste, add 3-4 tablespoons of milk to the powder.
  • Apply the paste to your entire face and keep it on for at least 30 minutes.
  • Use warm water to wash your face.
  • In two cups of water, boil one teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  • This mixture may be used to wash your face.

Papaya + Honey


  • Mash half a cup of fresh papaya chunks until a smooth puree form.
  • Mix 1 teaspoon of honey into the paste.
  • Apply the face mask to your face and let it on for 20 minutes.
  • Wash your face with warm water before rinsing it with cold water.
  • Dry your skin with a towel.
  • Combine two tablespoons of plain yoghurt and one teaspoon of honey in a small mixing bowl.
  • To make a smooth paste, thoroughly combine the components.
  • Apply the solution to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes.
  • Using cold water, rinse your face.

Sandalwood (Chandan) powder

Carrot + Avocado

  • 1 tbsp. Sandalwood powder + 1 tbsp.  almond powder
  • To make a smooth paste, add additional milk.
  • On clean skin, apply the mixture and let it on for around 20 minutes.
  • Using lukewarm water, rinse. 
  • After bathing, if any part of your skin feels dry,    moisturise well.
  • Boil one medium-size carrot, then mash it with the pulp of one avocado after it has cooled.
  • To the mixture, add one tablespoon heavy cream, one egg, and one tablespoon honey.
  • To make a thick, smooth paste, thoroughly combine the components.
  • Apply this pack on your face and neck.
  • Allow 15 minutes for the mixture to rest on your skin before washing with cold water.
